Recognized by the Older Americans Act (OAA) as a community focal point, senior centers have become one of the most widely used services among America’s older adults. Today, 11,400 senior centers serve more than 1 million older adults every day.
We are a bridge between our members and our community-at-large. Recognizing the increasing complexity of our world, we reach out to assist our members, as well as other seniors, in finding solutions to the many community issues and challenges affecting our elder population. We offer a wide variety of programs and services, including:

Other Available ServicesFoot Care with Michelle Gamber. Appointments are available on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday, the 2nd & 4th Tuesday and the 4th Thursday from 8 am to 3:30 pm. The 4th Friday has appointments from 8 am to 2:30 pm. Call the Center to schedule an appointment. Cost: $19. Meals on Wheels
Senior Services offers meal delivery to home bound seniors. Call 360-426-3697 for more information Weight WatchersWeight Watchers meets at the Pavilion every Tuesday. Weigh-in is at 11:45 and the meeting starts at 12:15. Weight Watchers meeting fees not included with MCSAC Membership.

We do offer an Abundance Table inside the Center with donated food and other items. Supplies and quantities vary daily. |
NutritionSenior Services for South Sound
The Senior Nutrition Program is designed to provide nutritious noon meals to the senior population in Mason County. While being served in a social setting, these meals are intended to maintain and improve overall health. The menu is available here. The suggested donation for meals for persons 60 years of age or older is $3, - $7.50 depending on your ability to pay. For people less than 59 and under, your meal will cost $7.50. To assist with healthier meal choices for seniors with dietary restrictions a registered dietitian is available for nutritional counseling. |

Community ClassesCommunity Services Current MCSAA Membership
is NOT required. Senior Assistance and Information 3rd Wednesday, 11: 30 am to 12:30 pm. Nikki Lundberg of LMT-AAA Sign-up in advance for private meetings, or drop-in for general questions. Eye Glass Adjustments and Cleaning 2nd Wednesday, 11 am to 12 Noon. Free service provided by Walmart Vision Center. Blood Pressure Check 10:30 to 11:00 am. Provided free by Providence Sound Home Care 1st & 3rd Thursdays; and by Shelton Health and Rehabilitation on the 2nd, 4th & 5thThursdays. Free Medical Supplies Lending Library Borrow walkers, toilet seat boosters, wheel chairs, shower chairs, incontinence supplies etc. from our lending library. Limited supplies that fluctuate. Food Banks We continue to be a collection site for local Food Banks. Lions Club We collect glasses and hearing Aids for their program. |
